The Pinnebog River is a short river about 5 miles outside Port Austin that flows through Port Crescent State Park into Lake Huron.  Tip of the Thumb Canoe Rental is just outside the park on the Pinnebog.  

A unique waterway, the Pinnebog River boasts sandy dune-like banks as well as lush greenery. Oh yeah, and don't be surprised if you catch a glimpse or two of local wildlife!
